thats not a fuel … thats not a fuel cell. thats an internal combustion engine being fed hydrogen gas. a fuel cell produces electricity by letting two component materials join together that have extra electrons once they do so, like hydrogen and oxygen join together to make water and when they do a side effect is free electrons.
while fuel cells would be an amazing addition to cultures worldwide if they were as common as internal combustion engines, this isnt a fuel cell.
