    Since the POG kills …
    Since the POG kills the attack, he used a delay to create the swell. Since the attack is repeated by the delay, the POG had to kill it each time it was repeated. The quieter each repeated note got, the less noise the POG had to kill, creating the “swell” effect. The rest of the organ noise is all the POG.
