Article Writing Software

hi… i want to create a newspaper front page with my personalized articles and photos… something like this… http://www.flickr.com/photos/13991740@N0… … can anyone tell me how to do it? is there a particular software which i need to download? newspaper clipping generator tool is useless for creating a full page like one above… please advice..

You might sign up for a Wordpress blog. There are a number of skins and plug-ins that you can put a site together fairly easy just the way you want it.
