Is here anyone who is want to (or already writing) write a book?

Are there easier ways to write a book, that you already know, or a software that will help you more to be efficient?

Or any articles to make it easier?

I am writing a book, though I've had to abandon it for a year. I'm at 70+ pages now.

I hear stylewriter is good for grammar mistakes.

As far as being fast or efficient, you have to do it the hard way by writing or typing it all out.

You could hire a stenographer and tell him or her what to type. I saw it done in a movie once where the writer was lazy, so he had someone type up his stories.

i dont really know what to tell you. i have several books published, and i simply sit at the computer, on microsoft word, and the words just come to me. i even close my eyes sometimes, and i can just feel my fingers moving over the keyboard at 119 words per min. and i read it all after im done, and see if it fits into my book.

Well, I can help with a couple of publishing companies. They are who I deal with. They have special programs that they use and they will down load them to your computer so you can put your book together or you can have them put the book together for you. I write poetry and the occassional book. Email me and I will get those addresses, phone numbers and web sites. I worked too hard to get these publishers to just put them out there. I done my home work and research.

I've had several books published and I'm not sure if I'd even want software that would make me more efficient. One of the great things about writing is that you control the world you are writing about. It quite often happens that I am working on a chapter, following the outline I have made, when one of the characters almost comes to life, and does something quite different to what I had anticipated. Usually the results are quite good and take that character in a whole new direction. If I had software that enabled me to simply plug in characters and plot, everyone else could use that same software, and books would become replicas of each other, only varying the names of the characters from one author to another.
If you're looking for an easy job, writing books is not it. It is hard, demanding, frustrating, exasperating, and wonderful. I wouldn't do anything else!
